InvoiceMan is a mobile and web application that provides invoicing, estimate management, expense tracking, receipt scanning, PDF generation, client scheduling, and financial reporting tools for freelancers and small businesses.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceMan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination using the Service's export features.
